Refund policy

All items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them, with the security seal/cellophane undamaged.

Currently, we are unable to cover the cost of returning unwanted items. If you are returning an item, we recommend using a tracked service. Your refund will be processed as soon as your returned item has been inspected by our customer service team.

You can expect your refund to appear in your account within 7 working days.
