Terms of Service

• As the holder of an online account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information.
• The address information you provide must be accurate. If your delivery address changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
• If we feel it necessary, we may refuse to allow you access to our website or cancel your order.
• You must refrain from using our website with malicious intent, for fraudulent purposes or for any other criminal or unlawful activity.

Refund policy 

• All items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them, with the security seal/cellophane undamaged. 
• Currently, we are unable to cover the cost of returning unwanted items. If you are returning an item, we recommend using a tracked service. Your refund will be processed as soon as your returned item has been inspected by our customer service team.
• You can expect your refund to appear in your account within 7 working days.
